FULL MOON Weekend Retreat

Service Description

Come Join Earthkeeper Healing and Follow the Sun Expeditions for a women's retreat under the full moon this April 2025. Connect with the Earth and yourself in a more intimate and profound way in community with others. We will camp in a secluded and private area right along the James River where you can dip your feet in the cool mountain waters and connect with its healing energy. We will come together as a small group of women over fire and shared meals. Emily will hold a fire ceremony on each night of retreat, guiding us into releasing old energy and wounds and inviting in new intentions and healing energy. There will be a guided journey meditation and profound connection as we reflect and share with one another. A Cacao Ceremony will be held to help us all connect with our heart consciousness and discover a deeper sense of ourselves. Individual Private Healing Sessions will be included on the full day of retreat, and there is plenty of nature and trails to connect with Mother Earth during free time. Katie Spencer of Follow the Sun Expeditions will provide expert care and support as a certified trail guide, as well as provide delicious homemade meals to include all breakfasts, dinners, and light snacks. Participants are encouraged to bring lunch, water, beverages, and snacks they may wish to eat during the retreat. DETAILS: April 12-14 Participants can arrive as early as 3PM on April 12 Check out is no later that 12pm on April 14 This is a secluded campsite where you will have the opportunity to connect with the land and the elements of earth, water, wind, and fire. As such, most luxury amenities are not provided. There is no potable running water; however a private outhouse is on site and there is ample running water from the river. Along with personal items, clothes, and toiletries, participants will need to bring a tent, sleeping bag, camping chair, journal, sufficient water for three days, snacks and lunch food for 3 days.
