POP UP Virtual Journey Meditation

We will gather virtually through zoom. A link will be sent to you prior to the scheduled meditation. Recording will be available to download for those who cannot attend live and for those who wish to re-listen and experience the Journey Meditation again. 

WHAT ARE JOURNEY MEDITATIONS?
Shamanic journey meditations are a profound and exciting way to enter into an altered state of consciousness and connect with the spirit world. The use of a drum helps you to relax and disconnect from your analytical mind so that you may enter into your heart consciousness where you can then receive messages from the spirit world for your highest good; helping you to discover messages, healings, and guidance in your life. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: 
During an online journey meditation, Emily will first introduce herself and explain how the meditation will unfold and provide tips for having a positive experience. Emily will open sacred space and begin the Journey experience guiding you every step of the way.

Participants will lay down in the comfort of their own home and can even turn off their video during this time. Emily will guide participants into relaxation and lead everyone on a journey meditation with rhythmic drumming. Afterwards, there will be time to reflect, journal, and share.
