Many of us have forgotten how to come home to ourselves. The world today has started to spin out of control and this has left many of us feeling disconnected from ourselves, isolated from others, and lost on our path.

We have forgotten who we are and how to come home.

Now, more than ever, it is absolutely essential that we remember how to do this - not just on our own, but in community with others. This is the intention and invitation with each monthly gathering.

THE EXPERIENCE

For two hours we will gather in sacred space to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and with the natural world.

Each gathering we will:

Explore elements of the earth & ourselves through a shamanic lens

Discover ourselves in guided shamanic journey meditations

Experience Cacao as a sacred heart medicine

Immerse in healing crystal sound baths & breathwork

Learn from one another in a supportive and safe space

Enjoy light refreshments and conversation after each gathering
