how do i know if I need energy healing?
Each session is uniquely beautiful and profound to the individual. Everyone comes for different reasons. Some people feel 'stuck' and are looking to remove energetic blocks that are preventing them from jobs, new opportunities, new relationships, and abundance. Other times, people have trauma or deep wounding from this life or past lives and they are seeking support on how to navigate their path toward healing. And there are other individuals who don't know why exactly they came, but they just 'knew' they needed to.

what happens in an energy session?
The process is gentle, but the effect is profound. Emily will spend the first half of a session in a profound and powerful shamanic conversation with you. We get to know your story and why you are here. We explore reoccurring patterns and stories that are showing up in your life. We discover how these stories and patterns are stored in your body, and where. Many people describe the first half of these sessions as a profound therapy session that cuts through all the redundant talk.
And then we bring powerful shamanic energy healing to the stories and energy ready to be released. The healing modalities used in a session have the ability to heal past trauma, current blocks and ailments, and to influence your future by supporting you to envision a new reality for your whole and healed self. As you come alive to your inner soul light, the result is a more healed and awakened you, and a more healed and awakened planet.
