Service Description
Taking a step forward in your healing journey is a big deal! With so many modalities of healing options available these days, it can be difficult to navigate what is best for you. These discovery calls are intended to provide a risk free opportunity to get to know Emily, explore what a healing session might look like, and discuss where you are at on your Journey. After we meet, if it feels like the right fit for you and your needs, you can book a session at your convenience, knowing in full confidence of what you are signing up for.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled your session or workshop an email will follow with a confirmation providing detailed instructions, location, and links if applicable. If you were unable to find a time that worked with your scheduled, please contact earthkeeperhealing@gmail.com and Emily will make every effort to find a time to work with your needs. To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me within 3 days of scheduled session to allow other clients the opportunity to book and to receive a full refund. I will try my best to accommodate requests that extend beyond this window of time, but make no guarantee for a full refund as it takes considerable time and preparations to prepare for each unique and beautiful session. Thank you for your understanding. If you have booked a class or workshop experience, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration for a class within the 14 day window following the start of your registered class, you will receive a refund of the remaining balance of your payment minus the deposit.
