Emily will guide everyone in a powerful ritual to release old energy and chapters of your life into your personal prayer stick. Following this release Emily will offer a cleansing and blessing from her medicine stone bundle. When the blessings are complete, together we will sit in the dark for meditation before we welcome in the light with a candle meditation.

SACRED CACAO CIRCLE & REFRESHMENTS

6-8PM $50 / Reservation Recommended -- Limited Seating

We will experience the ancient heart opening medicine of ethically sourced ceremonial Cacao and activate our heart consciousness together. There will be time reflections and journaling. Emily will guide everyone in a powerful shamanic journey meditation with drumming to find your own light and let it grow. After this powerful experience there will be time for refreshments and conversation.
