what to expect
This free offering is a casual opportunity to gather online for an hour to connect, share, and come home to your heart.
Emily will guide us all into creating sacred space in the comfort of your own home. You are invited to come with a cup of tea or Cacao, light a candle, and find a place in your home where you will not be interrupted.
Some days there is just a small gathering and we will have time to say hello and share, other days there are more who gather and we sink into a more quiet reflective community experience. We flow with the energy of the day.
Nobody is required to share, but we invite everyone to feel safe and supported in this space. All are welcome no matter life circumstances or where they are in their journey.
We share from our hearts and allow our hearts to lead the time together.
How to Prepare
These gatherings are casual and no preparations are necessary. However, if you wish to deeply engage with the experience, we encourage a sense of curiosity and open heart. You may also wish to prepare the following items:
Quiet Place In Your Home
Computer or Phone with Internet Connection
Journal & Pen or Pencil
Candle, Toothpick, & Small Fire Safe Dish
Water, Tea, or Cacao Optional
