With an abundance of caution for our upcoming winter storm on the East coast, I have decided to cancel the first Heart Circle and Healing Clinic Day scheduled for Sunday, January 25th.

However, I would still like to gather tomorrow --- virtually. 

 

I know that I am not alone in witnessing the atrocities taking place around the world, specifically in light of the recent violence happening in Minneapolis. For those of you feeling scared, worried, grief stricken -- you are not alone. Now more than ever, we need safe community spaces to check in with one another and remember how to come home and ground. 

 

Let us not lose sight of our hearts amidst chaos and challenging times. 

 

For those of you who feel called, no matter where you are on the globe, please join me this Sunday, January 25, 10-11am EST for a Virtual Heart Gathering.

WHAT TO EXPECT

​

Together we will call in sacred space and come home to our hearts. Depending on the size of our group we will share, support, and hold space for one another -- no matter what we are experiencing in our personal and collective lives.

 

We will hold healing energy for our Earth, as well as send deep blessings of love and healing for the families, children, and all lives that are experiencing, first hand, the traumas of this world. 

 

We will also do a small indoor fire ceremony together to release personal and collective heavy energy or "Hucha" as the Q'ero people call it. Please feel free to bring a toothpick, candle, and fire safe dish to a sacred corner of your home to participate. 

 

The more of us who gather together in sacred intention and love
truly create a powerful and healing impact on the energy of this planet.
